Hello I am Rochak Shastri and I am a highly experienced Java and Java EE consultant.

I have 17 years’ experience of developing and architecting Java EE solutions. I have worked developing Java and Java EE software for various Fortune 500 companies in Banking and Travel domain. I have experience in Java technology stack  starting from version 1.2 to current 1.8 version and have seen Java technology space evolve almost from the very beginning.

I have hands on development experience on a host of technologies in Java Enterprise application development I have performed roles of programmer, architect and a mentor for junior programmers in my organization and provide formal classroom and virtual trainings to junior programmers in my organization. At this point of my career, I decided to share my vast experience focused on Java technology stack with a much broader audience and fortunately there are a number of platforms like Udemy enabling that.

I love answering questions however naïve they are and passionate to see my students succeed, so please don’t hesitate to ask questions about the topics covered in the course.

I am currently based out of Delhi in India and have worked in countries like UK, US and Switzerland.
