About me
I’m a senior HR technology and digital transformation leader who has led multiple enterprise-scale HR transformations from strategy to execution. I’ve built, scaled, and modernized HR platforms across core HR, talent, service delivery, learning, and AI-enabled workflows- partnering with CHROs, CIOs, product teams, and global vendors to deliver measurable business and workforce outcomes.
I operate with a clear belief: HR technology should be human-centric, outcome-driven, and built like a product—not managed like a project.
